After needing an emergency call on a Sunday - not only did Call Clint Plumbing arrive at just the time they said they would - Sean did an outstanding job! He was very informative, went above and beyond and was extremely polite. All the work that was done was explained in detail to me as well as the warranty. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!
We had an emergency plumbing problem during Thanksgiving weekend, when we have a large family gathering. Clint Plumbing answered our call promptly, dispatched a technician in a relatively short time, who arrived exactly when projected, and who found the problem fixing itself. (Yes, fixing itself!). He was more than polite and helpful anyway and gave me an estimate of what it would cost if the problem persisted. He advised about what to do in the meantime to clean up. And he assured me that he would be responsive again if needed. An altogether happy outcome.
We had a busted zone valve and a leaking pipe in our hydronic system. We got a free evaluation completed the day we called (during Veteran's Day weekend), and Call Clint were willing to work with our schedules. The full repair occurred yesterday; Jean was informative and polite. The work looks good and the problem is solved.
We were in need of replacing shower fixtures as well as repairing the floor gasket on a toilet. The Technician, Jean, assessed the situation and gave us a price but because it wasn't an emergency and the fact that he would have to cut open a wall in another room to get to the showers fixtures he asked if he could come back the next day so he would able to complete all the work in one visit. Jean was timely, courteous and took the time to take all the proper measurements so as to keep the opening in the wall to its smallest possible size. He was also very meticulous in cutting open the wall so that the wall repair (not included) was very easy, just some spackle and paint. You'd also never know he was here by the way he cleaned up after himself. Worth the money spent. Hopefully I won't be needing a plumber soon but If I do I will definitely be calling Clint's. Kevin
My basement drain was clogged outside the house underground. The Technician, Jean, was very experienced. He quoted a price before starting. Although the price is high, almost $400.00 with tax, he had all the appropriate equipment on the truck. He worked very hard and eventually opened up the clog. He was able to run water demonstrating the drain was working, however it was a mystery where the water was going. He then used a camera on a snake to see that the drain was open but still not totally clear. He then used an auditory device to determine where the snake had stopped. It was near where the drain should have ended. Together we dug up the ground and found the pipe and saw that it was crushed but also cracked so the water could now escape. I then cleared the path for the water to exit. I am very happy as It seemed for a while I would need to hire a backhoe to dig up and replace the line, fortunately, that is not necessary. I am very pleased. The technicians persistence and experience as well as having the appropriate equipment saved me the trouble and expense of hiring someone to dig up an replace the line. Thanks
